預(yù)埋穿線消磁套管剩磁標(biāo)準(zhǔn)范圍怎么測(cè)量
預(yù)埋穿線消磁套管在磁粉探傷時(shí)將預(yù)埋穿線消磁套管磁化;當(dāng)預(yù)埋穿線消磁套管的長(zhǎng)軸與地磁方向一致并受到?jīng)_擊或振動(dòng)載荷時(shí)被地磁場(chǎng)磁化;預(yù)埋穿線消磁套管磨削、電弧焊接、低頻加熱及強(qiáng)磁體接觸被磁化等。只有在個(gè)別情況下預(yù)埋穿線消磁套管上的剩磁有用處,但在絕大多數(shù)情況下,其上的剩磁都是有害的,故進(jìn)行退磁,退磁就是將預(yù)埋穿線消磁套管內(nèi)的剩磁減小到不妨礙使用的程度。
